Business model.

A very important question after the discussion of Good Problem + Simple Idea + Awesome people.
Shoppers are willing to wait in long queues
What is business model.? Just simple which is a basic strategy for business and guideline for earning money.

Besides that we are given a very power canvas to built up our business model which consist only have 9 block that always a business man will not concern on it.

The 1st block is customer segments- it is very important that who is our customer. We have to make SURE that who is our customer and not assumption . Apple Mac Store  is no plan to sell his product to all customers in the world but is just the people who need it. Therefore we will purpose our idea to retail cloth shops.

The 2nd block is Value proposition- Will the services and goods that we provide will bring value to our customers?Does us help them solve problem or create more problem to them? Therefore our service is to "cut down" the long queue happened in fitting room when sales.

The 3rd block is Channels- is a channels that how we deliver our goods and services to our customer segment or how our business to be integrated. There is a reason  why many business was shutdown because they IMAGINE their customers will walk in or visit them automatically. Therefore we are provide door to door service to the retails shops.

The 4th Block is Customer relationships- it play a role how to keep your customer in love with you. Not just being know how to love the people u love, you have to love the people who spend money on you, We will giving out 1 years Free services to our customer to maintain our love and care.

After CUSTOMER-VALUE-CHANNELS-LOVE so how you will get yr revenue? Planing a charity work without revenue ? Our revenue will be based on the updated services or maintenance service which will be keep tracks LOVE with our customers. DATING have to pay definitely Business have to pay as well..

Our business concept is just simple which same with OPPA GANGNAM STYLE a very SIMPLE dance to  solve the PROBLEM of people who cant dance well with an Awesome Look..A very simple dance that all around the world know to dance yet he was not expected that dance so influence. THEREFORE please don't underestimated our SIMPLE idea. Simple is the best.

- whatever WE are facing today, remeber to give yourself some credit for making it this far. WE are stronger than you know.

3 simple questions to be answered here =)

What = Long queue
Why  = Last minute shopping, Shopping spree, Discounts
Who  = US !! Shoppers =D

To make this short and sweet (less than 8 words rite xD)

Shoppers are willing to wait in long queues

WAIT WAIT WAIT .. Does it really sounds like a problem statement when there is/are willing customer/s queuing to purchase a product ??! Haha .. YES IT IS .. WE believe this is a GOOD PROBLEM .. Having long queues for our customers really reflects the image of our company ..  We should be able to conduct a proper and comfortable environment for all our customers no matter in any situation .. IF this problem can be solve .. We can gain more confidence and trust from all our loyal customers to continue supporting our products .. It helps to promote a good image for the company and can EFFICIENTLY serve our customers although they are willing to wait for our products ..

We believe saving time for our customers will increase company's revenue and can cater for additional customers .. It will benefits all customers and even the company = WIN WIN situation xD

Sounds familiar I know.. As Bernard was mentioning this in the lecture .. Where he mention many problem that Jon faced to "pujuk" his GF .. It struck me that solving a problem from an entrepreneur point's of view does not only involve DIAMOND ring which is very costly and the root of the problem is only the dirty toilet ..

I can really see that the problem is actually a GOOD problem where it really take us some time to brainstorm the real problem out by asking many WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY and WHY .. As time past during the lecture, the impact where I can see that time mainly saying that problem doesn't need to be solve using a lot of money .. Where an entrepreneur can invent or suggest an idea which is very low cost (dirty toilet) which can solve the REAL problem rather than spending or investing into high risk items (diamond ring) which might not bring any good since the toilet will still be dirty and no problem solve ..

I believe our group is currently facing a good problem as many of the shoppers might need to have a long queue to the changing room especially during the sales season (correct me iF I'm wrong, MALAYSIA has an ongoing sales ALL YEAR ROUND, and again EVERYWHERE) The idea of inventing a 3D scanner which came to our mind at that moment might sounds good BUT it is very costly and of course we ain't the 1st to thought about it =D I believe as a young going-to-be and with this determination we can move towards achieving a SIMPLE IDEA to make EVERYONE awesome and enjoy their shopping spree =D

FIRST LECTURE FEELS

Okay, the first time I saw him (our mentor), I was like "okay, I love the white cotton shirt and he has matching blue pants." haha because, thats just my habits. I always look into someone's appearance first like, what kind of shirt he/she's wearing, like scanning their styles first, then followed by their face. haha okay, so

What comes on my mind next after scanning his styles, "omg, how much money he's making per month? he must be super rich, and just by coming to lecture us for 2 hours! how much money does UM paid him?" and etc etc etc. haha So, after that, he started to give us lectures. and oh yes! He's so fluent in English, like Super-speed-talking, with no Chinese accent. He kinda reminds me of Kevin, our course mate. Kevin is also like him. A fast talker. Okay, so, his name is Bernard. When he started to do lecture, he's so enthusiast with all the lecture thingy and I like it. Throughout the lecture, he gave us some new knowledge here and there and I love this quote "Stupid confusion is worse than stupid questions" hahaa its because, It is sooooo TRUE. and I also love that he kinda share his thoughts about Malaysian students where when the lecturers ask the students "ANY QUESTIONS?" and all of us would be like "Zzzzzz- freeze-silent-dont look-into he/her eyes-" hahhaa so, then he started to reminisce about us when we were little kids and when we LOVE to ask questions to our parents, and after a few stupid questions, our parents would

be like "You go to your room and study!" hahaha That's so TRUE again. When will this culture are going to continue? "Do we want our generation to continue this culture? We have to explain to our children whatever questions they asked! We would not know that one day, our children might be the next Einstein." He said. Then, it hit me. He's so true. Despite it is a basic entrepreneurship skill class, I learn something new, something that I'll keep in mind and . :) I'm so looking forward to my next class. :D

2020 innovation is not being 2020.

Hi :)

I just re-watched Reel Steel, the movie. It was an epic movie with all the

robots and stuff. That movie is awesome and yes, I love the kid actor. He did an amazing job.

So, where was I? oh yeah, I was enjoying the movie, I'm amazed with all the technologies (all the robots with cool looking transparent touch screen phones and radios?) that human created by 2020 until I saw "DSLR" cameras just like in 2012. 

and I'm like, they can created cool phones in 2020 but not cameras? I'm kinda disappointed. haha I think the directors are too focusing in the phones technologies and robots until they forgot about the other things. 

So, my point of writing this post, is just that I need to express my feelings. haha I want to update my twitter, but 140 characters are just too short for me. So, yeah. the moral of this post : DSLR  cameras in 2020 must be way different from the 2012. haha yeah, thats all from me. :)

Imperfectly Perfect?

Hi guys! :) So, I hope you guys like our new blog. Basically, this is just temporary URL. You guys can change it if you guys hate/dont like it.  haha but i love our URL!! Extraordinary's ordinary 20's means that we're just an ordinary people in our 20s, but we are extra "extraordinary". haha get it? :p Everyone seems to put "awesome" in their URL. and I'm like? Whyyy? Why does it have to be "awesome"? its like they just learned the word "awesome" haha  sorry, no offense. So, why I named our blog "Imperfectly perfect?" It is because I love the meaning. Basically, it means that you're perfectly fine being imperfect. Just like our first lecture, its okay to be wrong, but sometimes, its not okay to be wrong. haha come on, its life.
